Having an accurate listening environment is crucial to any production. I've always used TEF analysis and acoustic treatment etc. but I'd like to hear some thoughts on this product from IK mutlimedia. It seems like a pretty reasonable solution to me for home studios.

Re: Room Correction
Mon, February 25, 2008 - 11:16 AMthat could be interesting, but it seems like there are better and cheaper solutions to tuning a room. I think maybe in a home studio situation there is only so much you can do with proper treatment, maybe this could be the bump, but I don't see anything like this being a magic bullet for freq response issues.
I think the only thing which makes it unreasonable for a home studio is the price. Of course, if used effectively with proper acoustic treatments, it will likely do good for some. -
