Does anyone here use the Mackie D8B and or a combination of the D8B and a Mackie HDR hard disk recorder. I acquired both units last year and am finding some difficulty getting it to do what it should do every time. In other words, some days it works, some days it does not. Right now I am experiencing the problem of arming a track on the HDR 24/96 from the D8B. I have a signal, I can hear it and I can see it on the board, but the record, select is still not engaging the track. I am here asking because Mackie tends to take too long if not at all to get back to me.
